Haki Sambamba: Shift ya Dhana katika Kuwahudumia Waathiriwa

f au Waathiriwa wa Uhalifu. "Haki Sambamba" inaelezea mfumo unaofanya kazi sawa na mfumo wa sheria ya jinai

na inakidhi mahitaji ya watu walioathiriwa na uhalifu na kudhuru kila hatua,

huru ya iwapo uhalifu huo uliripotiwa au jinsi gani , au nini kinatokea na uchunguzi au mashtaka.

Haki Sawa kwa Waathiriwa wa Uhalifu

Haki Sambamba ni njia inayolenga waathiriwa kwa uhalifu na madhara ambayo inafanya kazi sawa na (lakini huru kutoka) mfumo wa sheria ya jinai.

Tunatoa habari, rasilimali, na msaada kwa watu waliodhulumiwa na uhalifu na maudhi huko Burlington, hata ikiwa mtu anayehusika na madhara hayajatambuliwa au kukamatwa.

Tunaunga mkono watu walioathiriwa na uhalifu wote na mara nyingi husaidia wahasiriwa wa uharibifu, shambulio rahisi, na wizi.

Msaada Sambamba wa Haki unaweza kujumuisha:

  • mipango ya usalama

  • habari

  • rufaa kwa mashirika mengine

Note: Parallel Justice Victim Services Specialists are mandated reporters and must let authorities know if you tell them about certain crimes, usually involving abuse of a child or a vulnerable adult, or a threat of imminent harm.

Burlington's Parallel Justice Commission is a panel of local and state leaders, victim advocates, survivors of crime,

social service and health care providers, and other organizations whose work intersects with victims of crime.

Through their partnership, the Commission works to coordinate resources and create systemic change  for people impacted by crime and harm.
