Restorative Services Coordinator: The CJC is growing! We are looking for skilled practitioners who bring cultural literacy and hold a trauma-informed lens to provide restorative interventions across multiple programs in Chittenden County. We are recruiting two identical positions that will be based out of satellite locations within the county.  You will work with both responsible and impacted parties, centering accountability, meaningful support, equity, and community impact. The Coordinator prepares participants for dialogue processes, facilitates restorative conferences, develops and monitors agreements, and ensures that all parties are treated with dignity and respect.
The positions work collaboratively with community partners, justice system stakeholders,and internal staff to promote equitable access to restorative processes and to strengthen community-based responses harm. For a complete job description and to apply, click here!
